How long until I receive my videos?
We understand that real estate is a fast moving industry. Our typical turn around time is 72 hours. However, we are dedicated to keeping you on your timeline. If 72 is too long for you, we have a 24 hour rush edit option for an additional fee of $150. If you're interested in this, please include it in your booking request and we'd be happy to apply it to your package!
Do I need to be at the property when you shoot?
We want you to feel as comfortable in this process as possible. Whether or not you attend our shoots is entirely up to you. If you chose not to be at the property upon filming, please make sure to leave the lockbox and/or gate code in your booking request.
Do I get any re-edits?
If you notice something about your video(s) that you'd like to change, we would be happy to apply those changes. With each package purchase, you are entitled to one round of re-edits (per video) entirely on us. If you require any more edits after the first round, it is an additional $50 per edit, per video.
Do I pay for travel to properties?
We are currently located in Orange, CA. In each of our packages, we include 30 miles of travel on us. Any additional mile is $1/mile. Upon submitting a booking request form, we will let you know if your property is over the 30 mile radius.
